c) Financial data which includes any bank account details, card payment details and other electronic or non-electronic payment details.
d) Transaction data which includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have acquired from us.

How do we use your information and what is our legal basis for doing so?

For how long do we keep your information?

As a general rule we keep your personal information for the duration of our contract with you or the customer to which you are connected (as applicable) and for a period of 10 years after that contract ends. However, where we have statutory obligations to keep personal information for a longer period or where we may need your information for a longer period in case of a legal claim, then the retention period may be longer.

Exercising your rights and Right to object

Subject to legal and contractual limitations as well as legitimate interests, you have rights under applicable laws in relation to your Personal Data.
